“Travelling well isn’t something that happens by chance. It’s about passion, training, planning, and a motivated team.”

“When I was a young boy I would construct airplane models and hang them from the ceiling, so I’ve had an affinity with flying for as long as I can remember. And then there were the road trips with my parents in Australia, in particular the feeling of stopping in different towns and being in someone’s else’s world for that a brief moment before the lights would change and we’d drive away and disappear, probably forever. It was my first real understanding of travelling through other people’s lives and existences. What I enjoy the most is the variety, but also the sense that once you get airborne any stress you may have wears off. Within the company there’s a huge amount of dedication, especially from our cabin crew and they deserve all the accolades they receive. They’ve normalised excellence. Travelling well isn’t something that happens by chance. It’s about passion, training, planning, and a motivated team. It’s a carefully orchestrated set of minute details that most passengers wouldn’t notice that helps create a seamless experience. The competency levels of this company are among the very best.”
